Director and entrepreneur
Thierry Bosom has been in Director’s position since 25 years. His experience is characterized by expertise in both realization and development of major project in Canada and abroad. Most of his experience was acquired in structured global corporations such as SNC-Lavalin and Suez. Corporations that are well renowned for their leadership in project management, sustainable development, circular economy, and smart city. For the next chapter of his professional life, his objective is to leverage his architectural background and his experience to materialize our vision of the cities of the future.
We need to bring technology to the service of man and the environment with the objective of developing more sustainable and smart cities for a clean global footprint.
Executive and corporate director
In the course of her 30-year career, Chantal Sorel held positions in large corporations, in general management with full profit & loss responsibility, in project development and financing, asset management, project management, operations, strategic development, business development, and mergers and acquisitions, in the fields of power, infrastructure, mining and metallurgy, industrial facilities, rail and transit, and social infrastructure. She has a great knowledge and understanding of the Canadian and International markets due to extensive travels for business and projects execution. Chantal Sorel holds a Degree in architecture from Université de Montréal and a master’s degree in Project Management from Université du Québec à Montréal as well as a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
Marie-Pierre Donati has 23 years of international experience in environment and energy, during which time she has held a number of positions within large companies. She began her career working for the Canadian government as Project Manager in the Department of Environment, where she developed strong expertise in project management. Thanks to her skills in costing, planning, contract analysis and negotiation, Marie-Pierre not only made her mark but cleared a way to key management and executive positions, at SNC-Lavalin, TIRU Groupe EDF and Veolia. Since 2019, she has been Project Manager, Structuring Capital for the Fonds Solidarité FTQ. Marie-Pierre holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, specializing in Environment from the Polytechnique of Montreal, as well as a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Pantheon Sorbonne in Paris.
